Agreement for utilizing the BinBot platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BinBot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Description

BinBot provides an AI-powered waste classification service intended to assist users in identifying correct disposal methods. BinBot does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users must adhere to their local municipality guidelines in the event of a discrepancy. BinBot is not liable for administrative fines or ecological issues caused by incorrect disposal choices.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

4. API Usage Returns

Users who provide their own Gemini API keys for the "Wasti AI" assistant feature must follow Google's Terms of Service regarding API abuse. BinBot processes these keys strictly locally and does not transmit them to our servers.
